Accessing and managing the Guidl Dashboard on buidlbox

Guidls are organization accounts that can host and co-host hackathons on buidlbox. As part of a Guidl (organization) you will be able to:

• Manage in-person and virtual hackathons, 
• invite judges & co-sponsors, 
• create challenges, 
• set up custom registration forms & rules 

Accessing your Guidl Dashboard 

To access your Guidl dashboard log in to https://app.buidlbox.io , navigate to the top-left navigation menu and from the dropdown menu, select the Guidl (your organization) you want to view.

Note: Only Guidl Admins can manage team members and settings.

Under the Guidl Dashboard, you can do the following: 

• View current and past hackathons "hosted" by your Guidl
• View hackathons "sponsored" by your Guidl
• View and manage your Team
• View the Landing Page of hackathons
• Create a Hackathon!
• Manage your Guidl Settings 
• View Payments made to buidlbox and hackathon credits you've purchased

Edit and Manage your Guidl Settings

From the Guidl Dashboard, go to “Settings” on the top menu.

You can edit the following information from your Guidl:

• Guidl Name
• Guidl URL slug
• Guidl Bio: Write a short description about your organisation and what it is about!
• Guidl Logo: Please upload 1:1 aspect ratio images, with dimensions of at least 400 x 400 pixels. Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF.
