Invite your team to your Guidl on buildbox and start collaborating on your hackathons, creating challenges, judging, and more!
Add Team member to Guidl
To add a team member as part of a Guidl organization, first, navigate to buildbox.io/login and sign in with your email address. Continue in your buidbox.io profile by navigating to the top left and selecting the Guidl organization you want to access.
On the Guidl organization dashboard, select "Team" on the top menu of the dashboard and continue to click on "Add Team Member"
In the "Email" field, enter the email of the team member you would like to invite and select their "Role" then Click "Add Team Member." The team member has been added!
The team member will receive an email invitation, which they must accept to be added as a team member to the Guild organization's team.
Edit Team Members (Set Guidl Admin or Remove Team Member)
From the Team section on the Guidl dashboard:
- Select a Team Member you want to edit.
- Select the action you want to perform:
- Update role to “Admin” or “Member”
- Remove the Team member from your Guidl
Team Member Permissions
Organizer Admins following permissions in the hackathon:
- add another challenge owner
- approve/reject sponsor's challenge
- deploy hackathon
- publish challenges
- announce winners
- export CSV reports
- invite sponsors
- change tracks style: challenges only/with tracks
- create events
- create milestones
- set hackathon dates
- add FAQ,
- use allowlist
Members following permissions in the hackathon:
- create events
- create milestones
- set hackathon dates
- add FAQ,
- use allowlist
Sponsor Admins have the following permissions in the hackathon:
- comment on challenges
- create challenge
- edit challenge
- delete challenge
- invite judges
- select winners
