 How to complete Payouts on buidlbox

Buidlbox currently does not support on-platform payouts. However, we provide you with comprehensive participant information to assist you in efficiently disbursing prizes to your hackathon winners outside of the platform.

We refrain from escrowing any prizes to ensure maximum flexibility in the payout process (whether it be a single payment, in batches, or through a chain). Therefore, you will directly send the prize to the winner(s) outside the buidlbox platform.

To streamline this process, you will have the option to download the "Winners" CSV file once the winners for your challenges have been selected. This CSV contains all the necessary details to get in touch with the winners regarding the payout process and to further complete all payouts off the buidlbox platform.

As each sponsor's selection of the winner(s) for their challenges is complete, automatic emails will be sent out to notify the winning team to let them know the respective sponsor will be in touch directly with additional details about the payout process.

How to export “Winners” CSV

The “Winners” CSV can be found on the right column under the Metrics section of the Hackathon dashboard. Select and download!

The “Winners” CSV includes:

• winners names
• username
• project
• challenge they won
• email to contact
• the total team prize
• each persons individual prize
• preferred wallet address
